A New Way Of Thinking I am a firm believer that everybody has the opportunity to improve their situation, but some People are so set in their ways they can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel which represents Financial Freedom, for them the light is just a Train heading towards them that will inevitably mow them down, this way of thinking is the demise for the majority of People on this Planet, the way you think will always have a knock on effect on what it is you are trying to do, so you need to change your mind set and totally forget everything you think you know about improving your lifestyle because the chances are you are wrong, for example maybe getting a regular Job brings in Money and Security, but it also brings in Stress, Anger, Frustration, Tiredness, and even Illness in some cases, this may not be the case for some People because they might enjoy their Job, but for the rest of us; including myself, a Job or Jobs we have had might have been more like a Nightmare or Slavery, so we are better finding a new way to live and work on this ever changing fragile Planet and that starts by thinking in a different way, you need a good idea to start with and you need to have faith and belief in that idea if it is going to become a reality, you need to change the way you think in order to turn that idea into a reality, the Key is quite simply by thinking POSITIVELY about what you are doing and forget about your old ways of doing things and everything will fall into place eventually. You may be in a similar situation that I was in and may have some great ideas but can’t find a way to get things started, just forget everything you think you know about improving your lifestyle and follow me on this journey, I will show you not only a new way of improving your lifestyle, but a new way of thinking. Finding The Time Because I have 5 Children who are pretty demanding, you can appreciate that in the beginning I needed time and quiet to work, I needed my own little space to concentrate on what I was doing and found it difficult with the Children running around the House, I thought I would never find the time to start any type of Business up because my Children were the main priority, but I didn’t realize that I was wasting the valuable time when the Children were at School or Sleeping, My Wife would take them to School in the Morning and when she came back would have a Snooze for a couple of Hours and I would do some House Work before she woke up and the Children came Home, then she would finish off everything around the House and then feed and put the Children in Bed a little later, then we would Watch TV together for the rest of the evening until it was time for us to go to bed, and this was our Daily routine, after a while though I thought I would make some small changes to our routine so I could fit in some time to get some sort of Business going, so one Day when the Children were at School and my Wife was having her well earned Snooze, I was doing the Laundry and in between Loads I would use my Laptop Computer (which are relatively Cheap these days) in the Kitchen and Search on the Internet for Money Making Ideas, I also done this while watching TV in the Evening with my Wife; my Children were safely tucked up in Bed, so this was also an ideal time, it was great because I had plenty of peace and quiet and time to start improving my lifestyle by running my own successful Work From Home Business, you could make these small changes in your Daily routine too without affecting the running of the Household, you could also get yourself a Note Pad and Pen for when you can't use a Computer and scribble some ideas or write some rough articles as you go along doing your House Work; ready for Typing up and Publishing later on when you are not busy. Part 1 - Three Magic Words Mind Set Before you do ANYTHING you need to put yourself in the correct Mind Set, this means you have to believe that what you are doing WILL work for you and you need to convince yourself that NOMATTER what ANYBODY says that you are NOT wasting your time, depending on the amount of Money you wish to make will reflect on what sort of Mind Set you need to be in, if you just want to make a few Pounds then this is just a question of trial and error and there is no real Mind Set you need to be in, but if you are wanting to earn THOUSANDS of Pounds or maybe 1 MILLION Pounds then you need to visualize actually receiving that amount of Money and mentally convince yourself that you feel RICH and that you can just decide on something you want to purchase and it’s yours straightaway, this is known as ‘Post Dream Realism’ which pertains to how it would ACTUALLY feel to be RICH, the reason you need to put yourself in this Mind Set is because when you do reach this state of being RICH in reality then the shock will be lower and you will be able to keep a cool head which dampens the likelihood of making bad financial decisions, meaning that you are more likely to stay RICH and NOT blow all of your Money on trivial rubbish that could make you go bust in your first Money Making Months. The trick is to sit or lie down in a quiet room on your own and get yourself to relax then imagine yourself being surrounded by the things you most desire, actually picture this in your Mind and try to imagine that all these things have been purchased with the Money you have earned from Internet Marketing and that they belong to you because you deserve them then think about how that feels, you should get a warm sense of achievement and feel happy in the knowledge that all of your hard work and determination has paid off and you will feel glad that you achieved all this by yourself. Goal Setting It is important to set a Goal for yourself, maybe this could be a Holiday you have always wanted or a New Car or even a New Home, whatever you dream of owning or spending your Money on you need to turn this into a viable Goal, so for example, let’s propose that you wanted to own a Brand New Sports Car, you would first look for the type of Sports Car you wanted then find out the Price, then take into account the Tax and Insurance Costs and also how much petrol would cost depending on how many Miles to the Gallon the Sports Car would do, then you would calculate any other Costs that would be attached to this and add them all together, then you would set your Target Price maybe a little higher than the Total Cost, next you would roughly calculate how long it would take to earn that amount based on your current income, this then would be your Goal to earn that amount in the time you have allocated, you then need to FOCUS on this Goal and keep reminding yourself that this is what you want, then going back to the Mind Set section you need to ACTUALLY visualize yourself DRIVING the Sports Car and in time it WILL become a reality! If you can’t set a Goal for yourself then you may aswell just stop reading this Guide now and carry on with your mundane Day Job because you NEED a Goal in order that Internet Marketing will benefit you, it is no good going into ANYTHING of this nature aimlessly because you will just be wasting time and Money without seeing any benefit, so set yourself a Goal (no matter how small) and stick with it, you can have more than one Goal but it is best to start with just one to begin with and focus on it, I needed Money to buy some new clothing, so I set a Goal for myself based on this and eventually I earned enough money to dress myself a little more tidily and this give me more motivation to set other Goals for myself which were maybe a little higher but I saw the benefit each time, it IS possible to achieve ANY Goal providing you FOCUS on it and NEVER GIVE UP because there is ALWAYS a way even if you can’t see it in the beginning you will find it eventually, you need to be head strong about your Goals and remind yourself that this is what you want above everything else. A close Friend of mine taught me a valuable lesson in life recently, at one point he was going from Job to Job because he wasn’t very happy with the Jobs he took, so eventually he just QUIT out of the blue, he had NO Money and NO Prospects but he did have one thing, a Goal, his Goal was to become a successful Car Salesman, working for himself and running his own business, but how could he even attempt to achieve his goal without any Money to put into it? Like I said earlier there is ALWAYS a way, he went to a local Car Scrap Yard and asked the owner if he had any Car Parts that he would maybe consider giving away, this may sound silly but after the owner agreed to give him the Parts for FREE he took them home and cleaned them up, then he advertised them on an on-line Auction Web Site known as ‘eBay’ http://www.ebay.co.uk happily the Parts sold almost immediately so he packaged and delivered them, got positive feedback and used the Profit he had made to buy a Scrap Car, then he stripped the Scrap Car Down and sold those Parts on eBay, he then continued to do this for the next 6 Months, putting 2 thirds of the Profit back into buying Scrap Cars and selling the Parts, after 2 years he managed to set up his own Car Sales Business, albeit Car Parts and NOT full Cars, he still ACHIEVED his Goal, he became a successful Car Salesman and started with NOTHING and this is the valuable lesson, set a Goal and it will become a reality in time once you find a way to get things going! Getting Motivated There are many ways of finding the Motivation you need to be successful, and I found the BEST method was to talk to People who are ALREADY successful, this may sound a little daunting because you may not know how to approach them, but the easiest way to do this is to visit a privately owned small village Shop on a regular basis such as a Butchers and get to know the Owner, once you are happy you know them enough ask them if you can arrange a chat with them some time, when you get to chat with them start at the bottom and ask them how they first started out in setting up their own Business, tell them that you are interested in starting a new Project in Internet Marketing and you are scouting for Business ideas a tips, you may not be wanting to become a Butcher but if they are well known and successful then they must have been through the Mill so to speak so they can give you an insight on how to best get started, you never know they may even agree to sponsor you or even sell their Meat Products on your Web Site, either way, there are many ways that Local Shop Owners can help you, even if they will offer you FREE or Low Cost Advertising Space in their Shop Window, this is a good start. The beauty of Internet Marketing is the fact that you can do it ANY time of the day or night so even if you are not an early riser you can still find a little motivation late in the afternoon just by sitting in front of you Computer and thinking of ideas to get you started in Internet Marketing, but you will find that once you have started something you believe will work, you will want to jump out of bed early in the Morning and continue working on it because you will be excited about it, this will give you the first bit of Motivation you need to succeed, but even a highly motivated individual may not achieve their Goals unless they are willing to change their way of thinking, you need to find the edges of your comfort zone so to speak and venture out of it a little, small risks can be a good way of getting motivated, if I wanted to tell people about my new Project I would take a small risk at knocking on Peoples Doors and giving them a Flyer or Leaflet, maybe 2 or 3 People out of 100 would be interested but this ‘Cold Calling’ method would atleast drum up some business for me and knowing that even 2 or 3 People are interested would give me a little more motivation to call on other People, even if you are a shy Person, if you stick to your neighborhood then People should be more than willing to help you, eventually by gaining the motivation you need this way it could even help you overcome your shyness, this is my favorite method of telling People about my Projects and also helps me meet new People and make new Friends and there is NO better motivation than that in my opinion. REMEMBER: If you are going to take ANY Risks then you must be willing to accept any consequences that come with them, this is known as ‘Getting out of your Comfort Zone’ but small risks can become a big help in some cases. There are many ways that you can make Money that are considered simple, but whatever you do it will involve a bit of Work and in most cases a small investment to get things started, but I have found one of the EASIEST ways to get in to the Business Of Making Money (this is OFFLINE and NOT on the Internet) is by using small Classified Advertisements in Local News Papers, these only cost a few Pounds and are a good way of generating lots of Money and here is just one simple idea. Part 3 - Turning Simple Ideas Into Products
I am going to show you just how easily you can turn simple ideas into Products that you can sell for a large amount of Money, by using the Internet; all from the comfort of your own Home, if not straight from your Living Room, at least you can do most of the work from wherever you have your Computer and Internet Connection situated, meaning you don’t even have to leave the House. I have done this sort of thing many times, I had just ONE good idea which went on to lead to my Financial Independence, of course I had to do some work and keep everything going; perhaps update it now and then, but simple and easy work that has earned me over £5,000 a Month. It is a very easy process and you can do it time and time again with virtually ANY idea you may have. You just need to write your idea down on Paper, put in every last little bit of important information you can find or already know and BE the EXPERT on that subject, really get your Brain going, think about WHY your idea is BETTER than anybody else’s and WRITE it down. Write a How To Manual or a Home Study Course, even Reports or Books can be put together in a short time, just DO IT and worry about tweaking it later, this is just the PERFECT way to earn Money, you can put a Product together or have a Ghost Writer do it for you and with that ONE Product, you can make Money for the rest of your life! Informational Products have a virtual infinite Shelf Life, and they are not time sensitive, they will sell just as good today as they did 5 years ago or even 5 years from now, just keep them clean and dry (if they are Paper and Ink) or store them on CD and keep them safe and they will make you Money time and time again, if just ONE Product makes you lots of Money; imagine how much Money a small collection of Products will make! You can start making Money within as little as Seven Days, and there as so many different ways you can make Money with this, don’t think this is too complicated for you, because believe me it’s not, all you need to do is copy exactly what I am doing and you can put together Product Packages relatively quickly and sell them for massive amounts of Profit, People REALLY want and have a huge hunger for information on Thousands of different Subjects, so you only need to think about what excites you and write about it. Regardless of what type of Media you use, it is NOT the price of the Paper or Ink that is important, it is the perceived value of the actual INFORMATION that makes Products Valuable, you could have an Audio CD that costs you £3 to produce but the Information is contains could be worth £300 because people want to know about different Subjects and want to learn new Skills and Techniques that will help them in whatever it is they are doing, so don’t bother worrying about the Media you are using right now, just get the Information right and you can make Thousands of Pounds within just a short time. If somebody is experiencing Pain, they will spend good Money on finding out how to get rid of that Pain, or if somebody is desperate to lose Weight or keep Fit; People WILL spend Money on that valuable Information to help with their situation, all YOU need to do is provide them WITH that Information and they could be paying you for it, basically if somebody is having problems and you can show them HOW to get out of those problems, you can make a Fortune! Read the News Papers, Watch TV, Listen to the Radio, Listen to what your Children want for their Birthday or Christmas, find those new Trends and jump in EARLY and you can boost your Income by just listening, watching and learning and then of course writing about these Trends.
Part 4 - Product Types
There are lots of different Product Types you can produce, but I will tell you about the 9 Main ones that over time will get you on your way to earning £5,000 Per Month, remember that they DON'T actually need to be PHYSICAL Products, they can be Digital On-Line Products that are just as good (if not better). Reports A Report is usually just 1 to 8 Pages (sometimes more) of specialized information, they are also inexpensive and easy to produce, this is one of the best ways to get started because you can get your information across to People using Reports quite effectively, which means you don’t have to write a 200 – 400 Page Book to start with so it’s an easier task, almost anybody can write a Report and they are great for promoting new Products you may have already created or obtained from somewhere else. Just take ONE specific Subject, write about it in as much detail as you possibly can, provide as much relevant information on it as you can find or know and that is how simple writing a Report can be. You may not make Money with just a single Report, but you can bunch some Reports together that you have written or even get them from other People, you can buy the reprint rights to some Reports for a very low fee, but be AWARE that some are just rubbish, so be certain the information is good and valid valuable information before you buy the reprint rights to them, they also make good FREE Bonuses to give away with other information Products that you produce and sell, many of my Friends and myself, including other People have started their successful Marketing Careers with a series of good Reports. There are many ways to Market your Reports, you could use small Ads in News Papers containing a good Headline and a Mailing Address where your Customer can send a Return Envelope with a Postal Order so your Reports can be sent to them for £1 or £2 per Report or you could advertise them in Forums on the Internet and include a Link to a web Page containing an on-line Payment Processor such as http://www.paypal.com so they can be Downloaded, you could also create nested Reports (Links to other Reports that you are selling, within a Report) and give the nested type Reports away as a FREE Bonus with other Products you have produced, there are just so many different and easy ways you can do this, just charge a small fee for each Report and you will probably sell them straight from the News Paper or Forum Ad, just start with Reports so you can start earning Money, this will excite you enough to go on to do bigger and better things. Manuals Manuals are basically a Group of Reports packaged together to create a Manual these can be virtually any size, they could be anything from 30 Pages up to 200 or 300 Pages, they are substantially larger than any single Report and of a higher perceived value, but CAN be just a combination of Reports. The beauty of this System is that fact that you DON’T need to hold Stock of any kind or spend ANY of your own Money (maybe just a couple of Pounds to start with). You must have seen at least ONE printing shop around your local area, so if you are going to sell your information as a type of Paper and Ink Product you just wait until you make a Sale and take the Money along to the printing shop and get your information printed for your Customer, so you really don’t have to worry about spending your own Money, but if you are going to sell information on the Internet then it can be available as an electronic Download which means you don’t even have to leave the House to sell it or spend any money on getting it printed. Books You usually need to get Books printed in larger quantities, so as shocking as it may sound, Books are usually the WORST information Product to get involved in at the beginning because you would be putting Money into getting them printed that you could use to advertise or on other things, so ONLY produce Books after you KNOW that that Book is going to be a Winner and you have made enough Money to cope with the inventory you need to carry, in other words you would need to get probably a Thousand Books printed at any one time in order to sell them for a reasonable price, because your local copy shop won’t print Books FAST enough for you to sell them because of the binding and everything else, so in the beginning stick to Reports and Manuals. Home Study Courses A collection of Reports, Manuals, Audio or Video Products plus lots of Bonus Items all packaged together containing good information and presented in various ways, either in a Ring Binder or on a CD or 2, these have a very HIGH perceived value and it’s NOT the Paper and Ink or the Binder or the CD’s that are valuable, it is the INFORMATION they contain that is important and with the FREE Bonus items this is a LOT of great stuff. You can find a good Print Shop, Duplication or Fulfillment House that will reproduce your Products for you and even Mail them to your Customers in some cases, for a reasonable price, a CD would probably cost you no more than around £3 to get Duplicated and Mailed to your Customer, Paper and Ink Products may vary depending on how many Pages they contain and you would also need to pay for any Ring Binders that are needed, but this would also probably carry slightly more Postage cost due to size and weight, but either way, because of the HIGH perceived value of Home Study Courses, you will make a substantial amount of Profit and will only need to get these Services after making a Sale, so in reality you are NOT spending your own Money. Seminars, Speeches, Transcripts & Recordings You can make Money every time somebody opens their Mouth and talks about something, this is by selling Transcripts of whatever it is they are talking about, this is the Printed version of the information given at a Seminar or of a Speech that has been made, simply buy the rights to Transcribe one or buy the rights to an existing Transcript from somebody else, but if you do get to a point where you are capable of holding your own Seminar then you can get somebody to transcribe what you have said and pay them a small fee, and then offer the Transcript to your Customers that perhaps couldn’t make it to your Seminar and make Money from that, you could always bring a Speaker in if you are afraid to speak yourself, always remember that you can OUTSOURCE other People to help your Business and in most cases they will only charge you a modest fee for their Services. You just need good information and enthusiasm about it, you don’t necessarily have to be a great Speaker because your Customers are paying for the information and are not concerned about what your voice sounds like, so it is very possible to hold your OWN Seminar and do your OWN Speeches and is recommended because this will not only give you more confidence, but will also make the Product you are talking about more unique to you. Simply have your Seminar or Speech Recorded and then have it typed up as a Transcript, you then have an Information Product that you can sell for lots of Money; not only the Transcript but you could possibly package it with the Recording to give it a HIGHER perceived value. If you are interested in visiting a Seminar then the best ones to chose are held by People who have vast Product knowledge and donate a large percentage of any Fees payable to Charity, this means they are NOT just trying to line their own Pockets and are putting Money to good use, if you are wanting to hold your own Seminar to promote your Products then this can be done relatively cheaply, just hire a function room or local Village Hall for the day and provide FREE or low cost refreshments such as Bottled Water or Fruit Juice which can be obtained cheaply enough from your local Super Market, be sure to charge an entry Fee and follow the Charity Donation method by getting in touch with a Local Charity organizer of your choice and inform them of your venue and agree on a Donation Percentage, be sure to ask them for some leaflets and things to hand out to your Seminar attendees just in case they wish to make another Donation, it is important that you also have plenty of information about your Products to hand out too and create a simple presentation based on the Products you wish to promote at your Seminar, if you advertise your Seminar well in advance of the Date you intend to hold it you should get a pretty good, the most important part of holding a Seminar is making sure you promote something that People can benefit from such as a new Money Making System or interesting Information Product, Seminars are designed to give People MORE information on a Product or Service that you may not have been able to provide on your Web Site, it is also more up-close and personal and helps with your Sales and Customer relations because they will feel like they have got to know you and will trust you a little more, it is also a great way of meeting new People and making new Friends whether you attend or hold a Seminar, they can also be great fun and something to help you wind down and relax. Outsource a Speaker and a Transcriber if you feel the need and RECORD your Seminar too. You can Transcribe it yourself; just write it in the following way, i.e. Speaker: Welcome... Guest: So how do I know if?... etc. Rather like a Script for a Play or Movie if you follow the idea, you can also make Money actually AT your Seminar by selling ‘Back Of The Room’ Products i.e. when you have finished Speaking you can offer the Seminar attendees other Products you may have for Sale, it is always a good idea though to try and tie in the Products with your Talk, mention them at the Seminar as part of your Speeches etc. News Letters These are primarily used as ‘Back End’ Products, in other words you would sell a Product and then use News Letters to keep in touch with your Customers, usually on a Monthly basis, you will make Money with the News Letter by charging a small fee for it, but it is mainly to keep a constant communication between you and your Customers, this is a method that can give your Customers continually update information on the Subject the first ‘Front End’ Product they bought is about, just because they purchased a Product on a certain Subject, this doesn’t mean it has to end there, you can keep on giving them the ‘Back End’ offers which means they get more valuable information and you make more Money. News Letters are the perfect way to create a STRONG relationship with your Customers simply by keeping in touch with them, they are a great Sales Tool as well as a great Communication Tool because you can mention Special Products in them which means MORE Sales for you. It’s one thing getting the Money into your Business, but you need to KEEP your Customers, you also need to do other things to keep your Business running and to be successful, you need to do your Books and do your Banking and keep the Tax Man Happy etc. But above all, keep your Customers HAPPY! Note: Before you start a News Letter MAKE SURE you have the discipline, because it is very time consuming and you need to put the BEST information on very few Pages, it CAN be done, but it will take a lot of valuable time that you could be using to do other things, it is a REGULAR thing you have to produce, so DON’T do it unless you feel that you are 100% committed to it. Audio & Video Products These are probably the EASIEST Products to produce, they don’t weigh too much because they are usually presented on CD’s or DVD’s and not Paper and Ink so the Postage is a lot cheaper, although you may want to include written Transcripts with them (like we talked about earlier) either way, they are real easy to put together, and they are fun and exciting too, these days a lot of People don’t seem to be reading as much, it’s a shame but it’s true, so they rely on Audio and Video to learn; if you are smart, you will be doing these types of Products because they are in HIGH demand. You Don’t need to use any highly priced specialized equipment either to start with, just your Computer and a Microphone and a Web Cam or Digital Camera that has Video recording capability will be fine, you can get cheap Audio and Video recording Software for your Computer too, including Screen Recorders and all sorts of great stuff, so just DO IT, put your ideas down on Paper first and then either Record them as Audio or as Video, you could even get other People you know to help, you could have your own Mini Seminar in your Living Room and Record what is being talked about, this is one of the most SIMPLE but lucrative ways you can use to make Thousands of Pounds, you can combine your Recorded Materials with written Transcripts and start building a Home Study Course. Types Of Audio And Video Products You Can Produce...
Memberships Put together a Combination of Products that you can offer to Customers for a regular Membership Fee, you can offer them a certain set of Products per Month, an easy example would be Recipe Booklets, these are easy and cheap to produce and you can offer your Members a different one each Month, you could also throw in a Consultation with you, give them your Telephone Number or a Windows Live Messenger E-Mail Address that they can contact you with and discuss the Recipes in the Booklets, just use your imagination and come up with what sort of Products you could possibly charge a Membership for, this is a great way to make Money on an on-going basis, you could get your Members to pay you using a Standing Order Form which can be obtained from your Bank, just use your Scanner if you have one and Scan the Form and put it on a Web Page so they can print it out and put YOUR Bank Details and theirs on it and hand it to their own Bank so you will get paid, ask at your Bank for more information on Standing Orders. Training Kits A Group of Products such as Reports, Manuals, Video’s etc. That train People how to do a specific thing like Computers, Electronics, Dancing, Painting, Cooking, Crafting etc. You can also put a Combination of the ideas above together to increase the perceived value of your Products, just use your imagination, it needn’t be difficult to do and can be very inexpensive too. So almost ANY Product or Group of Products can be put together in different ways to create a WHOLE NEW Product, you need to understand that your Customers will ALWAYS enjoy the OUT OF THE BOX experience, in other words they will think it’s Christmas if you send them a Box full of Reports, Manuals, Audio CD’s, Video DVD’s and other great stuff, but remember this stuff is NOT hard to put together and will make you loads of Profit.
Part 5 - Product Marketing And Demand
Internet Marketing started to take off well at the end of the 80’s/early 90’s and has become a popular way to make a Living, there are many ways you can get in on the action, People with lots of time on their Hands tend to be the most successful because it takes time and patients to make it all worthwhile, but what about Product Demand? Some People like to Market Physical Products which is good until high demand kicks in, imagine starting off by making only 1 or 2 sales of a Physical Product per week, this wouldn’t be too bad because it would take less time and resources packaging and posting the Products to the Customer, but what if then you started to make over 1000 sales per week or maybe even more, this would probably mean hiring Staff to help cope with the demand which in the beginning would not be cost effective meaning you would stand to lose out in the long run, this only works out in certain cases but will mean more work if you decide to Market Physical Products, however sensible Internet Marketers sell DIGITAL Information Products, Information is one of the most popular sort after assets on the Internet today and can be easily digitally delivered and produced at very low cost or even FREE, even if you have high demand you can put it on Autopilot using Digital Delivery so it cut's out all the hard work.
Part 6 - How Much Would People Pay For Certain Products?
What is your Product worth in terms of Money? Regardless of what you think it is worth you need to give your potential Customers a Sense of Value, this means that you could work out a standard Price, for example £200 and then when it comes to actually selling your item you would advertise it as follows.. WAS £250 NOW £200, this is known as the RED SALE method which will give the Customer a Sense of Value and will probably persuade them to purchase your Product, you could also package BONUS Products to increase its selling potential your Customers are your LIFE BLOOD and you need to offer them Value For Money so that they will come back to you again. It is VERY important when selling ANY Product that you research it thoroughly and find out as MUCH information about it as possible right down to the smallest detail that is ofcourse if it is not a Product you have created yourself in which case you should know everything about it, you must include ALL this information in your advertisement pointing out the benefits of the Product and tell your Customer WHY they need it and not just ask them if they want it, this is your SALES PITCH and must be as informative and effective as possible, look at TV Shopping Channels and concentrate hard on what they are saying about a Product, it could be worth nothing but the SALES PITCH they use gives it a Sense of Value and almost guarantees a Sale, also it is BEST practice to offer a Money Back Guarantee; like a FREE Trial period which heightens the chance of a Product being sold, on average a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee minus P&P will do nicely. As an example, a Seminar that I held in the UK one Summer, around 300 People paid £200 each JUST to attend and then they had to pay their OWN Travel and in some cases Accommodation Costs, so some People spent as much as £800 to attend and others spent anything from £400 to £500 so they could be there, and of course those People that couldn’t attend were told... it would have cost you between £200 and £800 to get to the Seminar, but don’t worry because you can get the Video Recording of it for £95 meaning you have saved a massive amount of Money... So as you can see People were getting a good deal on the Video. And the Cost to get my Seminar recorded on Video was just £120 split between 3 People who were using Camcorders plus a small release fee of the Recordings, this was only around £20 to each of the 3, so in total the Video cost £180 to produce and then to have them duplicated was just £3 for a DVD with a few Video’s on, but remember that People had to pay to attend my Seminar so I made my Money back from just 1 Attendee out of 300 and the Cost for holding the Seminar back from the rest of the Attendee’s plus Profits from the ‘Back Of The Room’ Products I sold at the Seminar, so in reality I NEVER spent ANY of my OWN Money, I made loads of Profit from the Sale of the Video afterwards, so people will pay virtually whatever you charge providing you can show them that they are getting a good deal.
Part 7 - Researching Ideas
In ANY type of Internet Marketing Venture (because that is what we are doing) the BIGGEST mistake People make is that they spend 6 Months or more developing a Product and then they go and look for a Market for the Product... WRONG! The trick is to find a hungry Market to suit your Product idea FIRST and once you have found one develop a Product that they will want, this is basically down to RESEARCH, you need to do Keyword Research on Search Engines to find out what is popular and what is just plain rubbish. So open your Web Browser and do a quick Search on Google, be sure to use a few descriptive keywords i.e. “cheap designer clothes” it is up to you if you use Quotes or not, because the Quotes would display more targeted results for the keywords you have chosen, once you have the results displayed in front of you, check the popularity of each Link by Clicking it and then maybe using the Google Toolbar Page Rank Option, you can get the Google Toolbar from http://toolbar.google.com for free, be sure that you aim for Pages that have a Page Rank LOWER than 4 because these are Pages you are going to use to find a good Niche for your idea, it would be pointless going for Pages with HIGHER Page Ranks because it would be a Niche with HIGH Competition and you would probably find it hard to get any Conversions to Sales. Once you have found at least 4 or 5 Pages that are within your chosen Niche you should look closely at them and work out why they are popular, what is it that sets them out from the rest? Could it be that they look professional? Or perhaps they offer good quality at low Prices? Or is it that they are just getting a lot of Traffic? (the chances are; HIGH Traffic Website's are in a good and popular Niche, a HUNGRY Market). The MOST important thing to concentrate on here is... would YOU buy what they have on offer? Now this is where the fun starts, after doing your little bit of Research you will now need a Product or Products based on your Idea, but the main problem a lot of People have is they DON’T have their own Product or DON’T know where to get one, but don’t worry, it has been my prime goal to make this as simple and painless as possible, you DON’T need your OWN Product (if you don't want to make one, but it IS best, but however...) because there are THOUSANDS of Ready-Made Products available in many places on the Internet. How To Manuals or Home Study Courses, even Reports or eBook's can be found quite easily, this is just the PERFECT way to earn Money, you can find a Product on the internet quite quickly, think about it, People are selling them to YOU almost every Day, even if you DON’T purchase anything, you will probably be sent offers by E-Mail or even through the Post, the trick is knowing where to look for Products that you can actually SELL to People YOURSELF, the Gurus must get them from somewhere, surely they can’t produce them themselves all the time? The truth is ONLY the Gurus are likely to have them made for them and individuals like us have to settle for trying to make them ourselves, I know you have probably heard of Re-Sell rights, and you probably think I am going to fob you off with that ancient concept? Well you are WRONG, I have NEVER bothered with such a concept because it’s just too much work and I prefer to get things done on Autopilot as opposed to messing about with rebranding and having to set up Payment Processors and fulfilling Orders and performing refunds and dealing with complaints and all that stuff, I can tell you a place on the internet that will provide you with THOUSANDS of Ready-Made Products for FREE and THEY do everything I just mentioned for you, and you just sit back and collect the Money! You should have used the Google Toolbar to find some well Ranked Web Sites selling Products in your chosen Niche; around 4 or 5, you will use them as a Product Comparison, like I said “Would YOU Buy what they are selling?” if the answer is YES then just look for Similar Products on Clickbank and compare the Benefits they offer or the Problem they are trying to solve and also the solution to that problem, create your hoplink or affiliate link and keep it safe, you could make a list of your links and save them in a Notepad Document for later use. DON’T just SPAM People with your Links, you need to make them some FREE offers, everybody likes FREE Gifts and will most likely buy stuff from you later on, you need to use some sort of Squeeze Page that will entice your Potential Buyers, you can create your own Squeeze Pages on a Web Site that collects their Details in exchange for a FREE Gift. By visiting a little known Web Site called ‘bugabong’ on this Web Site you will find lots of Information Products available on the Internet but the best of it is they are all FREE because the author of the Web Site has already purchased them for you and has been given ‘GIVEAWAY RITES’ hence saving you Money! Just to point out a FACT - those Products were created by individuals who have gone on to earn THOUSANDS of Pounds, but it DOESN'T mean that you will by SELLING those Products, it DOESN'T compare to creating your OWN Products, I feel very strongly about that, although I encourage selling or giving away other Peoples Products I do ask that People atleast try to create and Market their own too and I have not even scratched the surface yet... read on... A method that has been around for centuries is the RED SALE, you will see this EVERYWHERE on the high street, BIG RED Signs that say ‘SALE’ and are usually 50% off the normal Price, where on the high street there are Laws that say an Item MUST be offered at FULL Price before it can be put on SALE for a lower Price, these Laws may NOT apply on the Internet though, you may think this dishonest but if you offered a potential buyer an item for £50 and said it was originally £100 then 9 time out of 10 they would purchase it because they would think they are getting a bargain, but the reality of it is, it was NEVER £100 in the first place, it has ALWAYS been £50 but the attractive part of it is the Customer thinks they are getting it at HALF the price, MANY Internet Marketers do this and it is good practice to keep up with your competition.
This involves using something Called NLP (neuralistic programming) that forms the POWER PHRASES, such as… I own one of these myself When people read or hear these phrases they are psychologically being forced into purchasing products without knowing it, it is always good practice to use them or similar in your Advertisements.
ALWAYS offer BONUS Items with your Products, mainly FREE because this will make your Customer think they are getting something from you for NOTHING and they will most likely come back and Purchase from you again, where in reality you obtained the Items for FREE or at low cost in the first place, take Cereal Box’s for example, they display Tokens for FREE Gifts etc. Making the Customer buy MORE Cereal so they can collect the Tokens to get the FREE Gift, living proof that it works. Also ‘ClickBank’ is a godsend for Internet Marketers because for every ClickBank Product that is sold via your Web Site you earn Commission, but however there is a little known Fact that you can also earn Commission if you purchase a ClickBank Product from your OWN Web Site under your OWN Name! This means that you could tell your Customer if they purchase a Product you are advertising (but DON’T mention ClickBank) then you will purchase a Bonus Product (Lower Priced) for them, this way if they agree then YOU win in 2 ways, you sell your Original Product plus the Bonus Product albeit the Bonus Product cost you half the price, but look at it this way, let’s say you receive Commission on the original product plus Commission on the Bonus Product this means you have made a Sale plus got your Money Back for the Bonus Product, but if you didn’t offer them this deal you may never of made a Sale. You could also use the method to purchase ClickBank Products for yourself at half price, although there is a possibility you need to make atleast 10 Sales before you can earn Commission on your OWN purchases.
Part 8 - Publishing, Testing And Tracking
In order to sell the Products you have created or found and put together, you need a way to Publish them, if they are Physical (Paper and Ink) then obviously you would have them Printed to Order, but if they are Digital Products (which are the main intent of this Home Study Course) you will need a Website to Publish them on, but these days Web Hosting and Domain Names can be expensive so I have always tried to avoid paying for such a thing and opted for FREE Web Hosting, although other Internet Marketers would probably pay for a Web Host and Domain Name I like to cheat a little and have found that it doesn't make any difference to Sales at all, I like to use FREE Web Hosts because it saves me spending Money on something that could possibly be a flop (this happens at one point or another to everybody) and is ideal for testing which is extremely important... test, test and test some more, always TRACK your Ads (how many Clicks and Sales are made etc.) as this is important aswell, below you will find some FREE Web Hosts and A FREE Tracker that I recommend... Part 9 - Advertising
So you have put together some great Products and now you want People to come along and buy them, you think its simple right? Well the problem is that many People have is getting Traffic to their offer, you can have the BEST Web Site selling the BEST Product on the Planet, but it’s no good if People DON’T know about it; kind of like putting a Sign Post in the Desert, it may look like a fantastic offer but nobody will see it.
So what’s the solution? There are many forms of Advertising, but not all of them work, the Top 10 methods are listed below in order of how powerful they are, 1 being the highest.
Some of those methods are either FREE or very cheap and will get a good response whereas others may be more expensive and take more time and resources. Top 6 Pointers 1. Submitting your Website(s) to Search Engines - This probably the BEST way of getting Traffic although it could take Weeks or even Months before your Website get's indexed, however it is WORTH the wait. Get hold of a Tool you can use to Submit your Website to lots of Search Engines at once for FREE called 'Web CEO' This is also great for Keyword Analysis and optimizing your Website's before Search Engine Submission. (There may be a slightly different Version used in the Video). Another good thing to do is try to get your Website listed in the D.M.O.Z Open Directory so other Search Engines that use it will eventually Link to your Website, just go to http://www.dmoz.org/ you should follow this Instructional Video (not mine) to find out how you can Submit your Website correctly, go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OexxAKunkY and watch the Video, you have to be CAREFUL with this and NOT Submit incomplete Website's because a HUMAN will review your Website before deciding to add it the the Open Directory. 2. Word of Mouth – Building a Customer base is your main concern so if you do your job correctly and find a happy Customer ask them to refer you or your Product to a Friend, this will build up your Customer Base dramatically, you could even use a Tell-A-Friend System on your Web Site (offer your Customer a FREE gift if they spread the word) which is very powerful indeed. 3. Articles – Try and make your Article Eye catching to draw the reader’s attention, you can Write Articles (This is a lot of Work but worth the effort) and Submit them for FREE to various Article Directories. To make things a little easier you can get hold of a Tool called 'Article Submitter'
You will need to use the Software Program to Sign-Up to the various Article Website's and some require E-Mail verification before you can use it to actually Submit your Articles. 4. Paid Targeted Online Traffic - Usually Un-targeted quick Online Traffic is the cheapest ranging from 1,000 Visitors for around £1.50 good to get your Website Ranked in Search Engines but may not convert to Sales from the actual Visitors, if you want HIGHER Quality Visitors then you need Targeted Online Traffic which usually costs anything from £12 per 5,000 Visitors depending on the Service you go for, but BE CAREFUL because there are a LOT of Scams around, do a good Search before you decide to Buy Traffic, look for Traffic Company Reviews and Testimonials and try and work out if they are Scams or not, also try find the best Deals. I have had pretty good results with and American Company - http://www.marigoldhits.com/ they are reasonably priced and deliver good quality Visitors to your Website's (the mentioned Un-targeted 1,000 Visitors for around £1.50) also try not to SPAM them (i.e. order too many LOW Cost Campaigns) because they will just refund your Money and won't send you Traffic. They also have a good Money Making Strategy that costs a one time Payment of just £7.80 (approximately) and they give you loads of great Information Products, basically it's a Matrix System which can be found here... http://marigoldmatrix.blogspot.com/ You refer People and they refer People and so on, so just refer 3 People and you will get your Money Back and carry on referring more to earn more, it kind of works like this...

Part 10 - Staying In Business
This is VERY important in the beginning, because you will need to build a good pile of Cash to re-invest in your Business, you must be DISIPLINED in this otherwise you will just be WASTING Money! ALWAYS try and invest at least 50% of your initial Profit BACK in to your Business (if not 100%), perhaps on MORE Advertising EACH time for the FIRST 6 Months, this will Double your Profits and you will be surprised just how fast you will be making MORE Money! So for example: I spend £5 on Advertising to start with (which is no big deal) and I collect around £100 my first go, I take out the £5 I spent in the first place and treat that as DEAD Money, this leaves me with £95, so I save HALF which is £47.50 and then use the rest to get maybe MORE Advertisements or bigger and better ones, then once I have collected the Money from those Advertisements I would repeat the process again; Doubling my Profits EACH time and carry on doing this until I had a good Pile of Cash, say £100,000 (this is after the FIRST 6 Months), I would be then set HALF that amount (£50,000) for my final Advertising Budget (this seems like a lot but may be less or maybe more) and NOT go over that amount again (I could though if I wanted to), but remember I would still have the other HALF that I saved to use for whatever I wanted and probably wouldn’t need to use anymore than £50,000 to Advertise in future, the actual figures will be different depending on the Product or Service you are selling and also on how many Sales you make after each Advert, but it gives you an idea. You will eventually be using some of the leftover Profit to invest in new ideas or better quality Products, this is variable, but a suggested 15 – 25% would be sufficient but only if needed, but if you stick to this method then you should ALWAYS have Money to spend on whatever you want. The FIRST 6 Months will be the HARDEST because you will want to go out and splash the Cash on things you have wanted for a long time, but if you can prevent yourself from doing so and be strong willed enough to invest the Cash back in to your Business, 6 Months is not really a long time to wait until you can go on a Shopping Spree or Pay your Bills off, any Debtors you have will just have to wait for their Money (unless you get any CCJ’s or other serious Notices served to you), you have to remember something... it is EASY to set up a Business, just think of a Name, Find a hungry Market, Buy or Create a Product and Advertise, BUT... the HARDEST part is to stay in Business and you NEED Money to keep it going, the GOLDEN rule is to ALWAYS invest in the Business FIRST, see it a bit like a Pet, the more you feed it and look after it the more loyal it will be to you, but if you neglect it, you will just end up causing it’s inevitable Death, just be Head Strong and you WILL succeed if you do things this way, I know People hate waiting, but you really can’t expect to be rich over night.
Part 11 - The Richest People
A very rich individual known as ‘Sir Alan Sugar’ said ‘Always keep your fingers in more than ONE Pie’ meaning DON’T specialize in ONE SINGLE subject, always have multiple Projects running that will give you multiple Streams of Income, this gives you a Fail Safe and you can always depend on the fact that you have something to fall back onto, the number of projects you have running are only limited to how much time and effort you are willing to put into them and if they only earn you a little on their own they will earn more if you combine them in the correct way, the richest People sell an ‘How To...’ Product. Create your OWN ‘How To...’ Product and Sign up to www.clickbank.com for just £31.70 (approximately) one time payment and get other People to sell it for you, this is a superb way of getting rich. Something my Wife told me a few Months ago made me think, she said that the richest People have distinguished Names, there may be some truth in that so I decided to do a little research into it and found that there is a possibility that the actual meaning of a Name could have something to do with success, it is no big secret that some of the biggest Internet Marketing Giants have changed their Name at some point or adopted an alias that they use to conduct business, there is no real Law that stops you from using an alias for Internet Marketing purposes and is probably safer in some respects due to Internet Security Loopholes, most of the top well known Movie Actors/Actresses have changed their Names and also People in the Music Industry and this could reflect on their success, you should look up what your name means and then decide if you want to change it or use an alias, it should be easy to perform a search on Google, if you are happy with the meaning of your Name then use it (I use my REAL given Name), but if you feel like a change then by all means do so because this can help a lot and it could possibly help you become more successful if you believe that the meaning of a Name can reflect on your success, but be sure to decide on a LONG TERM name you are comfortable with.
Part 12 - Maintaining A Steady Income
It is important that you maintain a steady income and there are 2 ways that have been proven successful and they are as follows…
A Membership Web Site works by providing an on-going Product or Service that your Customers pay a Membership Fee for on a regular basis, this could be Weekly, Monthly or Annually it all depends on what you are offering, you would also offer different levels of Membership at varied Prices; each level offering different advantages, an example of such a Membership Web Site was a Catalogue Model Web Site that I was running around 1 year ago, People would be given the opportunity to send in Photographs of themselves which were shown on the Web Site, if they opted for Standard Membership then they would just have their Photo shown for the lifetime of their Membership Fee, if they decided that they want a more advanced Membership their Photo would be shown for the period of their Membership Fee plus they would be put in touch with a leading Model Agency etc. Membership Web Sites can be based on just about anything, you just need to be original and find a concept that could become popular, have a look around on-line and try to find something you are interested in, if you feel you would like to become a Member of that particular Web Site then the chances are it would benefit you more to start your own Membership Web Site on that subject.
Making a Back End Sale is when a recent Customer that has purchased a Product from you returns to purchase another one, this could be connected to the original Product they purchased or could be something totally different but either way this means you have gained a regular Customer and it is best to keep tempting them with new offers of interest and you will continue to make Back End Sales, it is however best to build a Customer Base and the popular method is to create a Mailing List, this is easy to do using your Web Site, you need an interesting Product to offer them in return for them joining your Mailing List, this could be a Publication you have written or acquired based on the Products you are Marketing on your Web Site, as long as it offers some sort of value to them and is relevant they will join your Mailing List, once you have collected enough E-Mail Addresses you can start sending out promotional E-Mails containing you latest Products and Offers, there are certain Rules you should follow with regards to building a Mailing List and the main one is NO SPAM because people will not read an E-Mail they think is Spam or Junk Mail so you need to offer an opt in/opt out feature meaning they can give you permission to send them E-Mails, they would automatically be opted in if they accepted your interesting Product for joining your Mailing List of which they would be informed before they joined, then they would be given the option to opt out if they no longer wished to receive your Products and Services but 9 times of 10 they would NOT opt out providing you had a lot to offer them in terms of Value For Money etc. It is also important that you DO NOT Sell or Show their E-Mail Address to ANYBODY and also inform them that you adhere to this simply using a line like ‘We have a STRICT Anti-Spam Policy and DO NOT Rent or Sell your Details to ANY Third Party, you are free to Opt OUT at any time’ this gives them peace of mind and makes them feel more secure and you are more likely to get more Sign-Ups this way.

Using the Screenshot as a guide, create some Ad Copy for a fictitious Product, it can be ANYTHING you like (Yours doesn't have to look the same and be EXACTLY the same length, just similar, LONG is always good), don't worry about Videos and things for now, but try and include any other highlighted items...
